Reiki is a lifetime spiritual journey filled with new opportunities and my journey began in September of 2000. The experience was so profound during a stressful time in my life and I experienced such an inner peace that I wanted to learn more about this life energy and inquired about Reiki classes  That t same year I received my certification in Reiki 1 and the following year I received my certification for Reiki II.  After learning what the Reiki symbols represent and how to send Distance Healing Reiki my eyes were opened to a new world and new experiences. I began sending Distant Healing Reiki to friends and family. To gain more experience in sending the life energy I also began to volunteer and share Reiki with those who were very ill. 

In 2006 after a year of monthly Reiki classes and giving 40 Reiki sessions, I received my Reiki III or Reiki Master Certification allowing me the gift of teaching Reiki to others.

My certifications also includes three levels of Integrated Energy, Master Alignment I, Donna Eden’s Energy course and Animal Reiki I. I have also received certification in Group Chakra Healing and Balancing with the Natura Training Institute. I teach Reiki I, II and Reiki III and the Group Chakra Balancing Course in my home. I will travel to give your pet Animal Reiki so your pet is more comfortable in his or her home.

My passed volunteer work includes volunteering as a Reiki Practitioner for Care Alternatives Hospice Program (now Ascend Hospice) from 2009-2016 working with patients at Cedarbrook Retirement Home in Allentown and Weatherwood Nursing Home in Weatherly, Pa. after taking a six week training program with the Hospice Coordinator.
My volunteer work also included working with the community at a Reiki clinic with fellow Reiki Practitioners from the Reiki Consortium in Bethlehem, Pa held at the Church of the Manger also in Bethlehem for several years.
I currently volunteer for LVHN Cedar Crest and Muhlenberg hospitals as a Volunteer Reiki Master for a cancer program.

I have participated in public speaking presentations on the topic of Reiki and its benefits at several locations such as my previous business “Reiki the Healing Touch for the Mind, Body and Soul located in the Douglas Building in Jim Thorpe as well as the Blue Mountain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and my place of employment for 37 years Air Products and Chemicals as part of a SNAP presentation (Spiritual Network) for Reiki.

I am married with two daughters and two grandchildren who also practice Reiki. I live in a country setting in Orefield with my husband where I also practice Reiki.
I schedule monthly Reiki Shares in my home for my students who want to gain more experience with giving and receiving Reiki.
I have been able to incorporate Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine techniques with Reiki to clear chakra blockages, and explain and demonstrate the Daily Exercise Routine to my clients and students which can influence the energies that flow through your body to encourage your own health.
